I am working on some fantastic new jewels with a southwestern inspired theme.  I love country music and am always watching to see what the women of country are wearing around their necks!  This necklace will feature a beautiful Silver Star pendant, that has an inlay of faux zebra hair and crystals.  Stay tuned for the finished product and be looking for it in my online boutiques on FB and Etsy!  Have a great weekend!

~Hope~

HOPE: The emotional state, the opposite of which is despair, which promotes the belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. 

Every piece of jewelry I create has something special about it, some reason, some situation, or is a reminder of something.  I have put together some beautiful pieces of jewelry for breast cancer patients and survivors and nothing has given me quite the feeling of joy that I got just knowing that somebody cared enough for these women to have something very special and specific made for them! 

One piece of jewelry in particular stands out for me.  A very good friend of mine has a friend that has been battling cancer for a little while now.  She was scheduled to go into surgery, and I was asked to make a piece of jewelry for her.  I was told she loved zebra print and pink, and to just go with that and come up with something.  I decided on a cross pendant, and found one that was zebra print!  I added the pink beads, and it turned out beautiful.  Even more beautiful is the story that followed. Unbeknownst to my friend, this woman had told her husband the night before that she wished she had some beads to hold onto before her surgery...something I suppose that she could do with her hands to ease her nerves.


 I truly believe that God had a hand in that!  It was a sign to her that she would make it through the surgery just fine...but it was a sign to me too.  God was sending me the message that THIS is the plan he has had intended for me in my life, but I had to travel the roads to get here.  I have been looking for myself for awhile now...I think I found ME.  We ALL need a little HOPE now and then...

If you have someone special that needs a little "Hope" created for them, please let me know!  I would love to create a piece of jewelry that lets them know they are loved, thought of, prayed for.  Something that gives them HOPE!

 Skystone Blessings is made with a beautiful metal cross with crystal embellishments, and a variety of beading of wood, glass, stone, and wrapped metal.

 One of the most popular pieces I create~Confetti Crosses.  These crosses come in different colors and also can be done with metal if you prefer a total silver look.  The metal crosses are a bit smaller, but just as beautiful.  No two confetti crosses will ever end up the same, that adds to their unique style!  Can be worn on wire chokers, ribbons, or cording.
